Mucus Plug, or Just EPO Remains?

I know this is a bit of an odd question, but maybe someone here has pondered the same thing... I'm pretty sure that I've been losing chunks of my mucus plug today (clear, sticky wad- looks like someone hocked up a loogie in my undies), but part of me wonders if it could just be the remains of the evening primrose capsules that I inserted last night. What do you think? Would the EPO come out looking like that? FYI- It was around 4:30pm today when the biggest chunk of mucus came out, and I had last inserted the EPO capsules at 10:30 the night before.

if it looks like snot it's mucous plug. epo would be oily and, if the capsule didn't dissolve it would be gummy. fwiw i think mucous plugs are FASCINATING!

Thanks, yeah it was certainly not oily like the EPO usually is when it comes out. I thought maybe it was part of the capsules, but it really didn't seem like it.
