What are y'all making this week to incorporate things you have left? I have a ton of veggies that were cut up for appetizer, so a stir fry will be on the menu. I'd love some ideas to incorporate some of the more random things though. I have about a cup of homemade cranberry sauce, some mashed potatoes, a huge chunk of turkey breast and a leg.
Veggies: Carrots, celery, mushrooms, spinach, acorn squash, green beans, potatoes, sweet potatoes
Meat: Turkey, Chicken (breasts, tenderloins, thighs), ground beef
My pantry is well stocked.
Suggestions? (We are dairy & nut free, too.)
