Reported: Back button still bumping me to top of page.

I know this was mentioned before, but since I can't find it anywhere, I thought I would see if it was still in the works, or if this is a permanent thing.  It is very hard to navigate this way, though.  No matter what page I am on or where I am on the page, hitting the "Back" button gets me bumped to the top of the last page rather than where I was.

This is the only site I have ever navigated that did this.  And I can't stand it.  Please tell me it is not a permanent new feature of this platform.

We are investigating it along with some other quirky behaviors. We hope to have it resolved soon.
