Calculating my due date

Hello all I'm new here, first time ttc, haven't had my first appointment yet, that's next week, just checking if i can get some good information.

I tend to O later in my cycle than most, but still have a regular 28d cycle.  I O'd on cd 20, does that mean i am a week off, and my due date would technically be a week later?

Or is it normally up to the doctors.

Breakdown

cd #1              Oct 21

Ovulated           Nov 10-12

missed BF        Nov 18

Positive test      Nov 23

any information is much aperciated,

In answer to your question ~ yes, your pregnancy will probably date a little younger than the "formula" will get you simply because you did O late. For instance ~ I am now 9 weeks pregnant after a m/c on Sept 22. Based on charting I know that I O'd on CD 18 or 19 therefore I dated about 5 days younger (via ultrasound) than the formula (first day of last period) dated me. It worried me at first until I went back and looked at my chart and saw my actual O date...then it made sense.
