For the past week and a half I've had a lot of nausea throughout the day.  I think it's digestion related.  During and after eating I feel great.  Then a couple hours or less after eating I get this annoying/mild nausea, headache, and sometimes a slight burning feeling in my throat.(maybe a little reflux/heartburn).  Eating something makes it feel better for a little while, and if I'm eating more (like during thanksgiving) I don't have this problem at all.  My husband had this same thing during a time when he was trying to not eat so much.  I've been doing weight watchers for about 5 weeks now, so I've cut back on food since then, and I was thinking it maybe had something to do with that, but not sure.   I've also had 2 migraines in the past couple weeks too.

 

Any thoughts?
