Christmas baking/cooking with free allergens

Please share your recipes and what you do to make it easier for you to deal with allergens.

This is our first christmas with dealing with more than just dairy free. I have no clue how I will do our traditional cookies like gingerbread cookies and chocolate chip cookies. I also do a few other dessert but they all contain wheat or corn.

Just a reminder, we deal with wheat, dairy, oats, corn and soy free.

Is it at your house or somewhere else? For thanksgiving I brought candied sweet potatoes. Not the most healthy but I know she can eat sweet potatoes. She could also have turkey. So basically I bring to share what we can eat so we don't starve or look like we are.

Is a store bought brand found in most cities. They're not my favorite though. They come in all flavors

if you want it homemade.. scroll down and there's a recipe... I have not baked ginger cookies so I can't vouch for any recipe but the internet does have them ;)

For things like famous green bean casserole.. I take the idea and work around it. So like I make my own onion rings and have to hunt for the one brand of mushroom soup without gluten (but it has dairy). It's all about being flexible and experimenting :)
