article on reading readiness (lost my bookmark for it)

I'm looking for an article I've seen shared here multiple times.  It discusses reading readiness from the perspective of brain development and not pushing reading too soon, and I think the article mentions adhd in a minor way, also cross-crawling and a few other coordination topics as indicators of left-right brain connections. 

I've searched and just can't figure out the right keywords.  Does anyone have it bookmarked?
