Mommy Kahbid- I am sorry for your loss and glad you are here now :)   Thank you to everyone for your encouragement, positive thoughts and prayers- it really means a lot.  I really hate that I have to keep track of hCG at the beginning of my pregnancies but because of my history with ectopics I don't really have a choice.

I went in for my ultrasound today and there was no gestational sac.  They repeated my bloodwork and my hCG dropped to 167 and my progesterone to 3.8.   The bad news is that I am miscarrying but I do feel a little relieved that this is not an ectopic.  All the best to all of you ladies!

I'm so sorry.  Waiting and watching those hcg levels is so stressful.  I hope you get a miracle.

I'm in the same boat.  My first was 117 and second was 189.  I've had enough miscarriages to know that that slow of a doubling time generally isn't good news. :(

not good news for me either....went for my ultrasound on monday.....it appears that there is a sac with nothing in it....so, i guess it's a blighted ovum.....still no bleeding/cramping or anything, but my doc said that it should happen within a few weeks.   i too am at least relieved that it's not an ectopic and that i'm not further along.  ugh.

  How far along were you supposed to be?

i was supposed to be 7 weeks and the sac was only measuring 4-5 with nothing inside.

And there's no chance your dates are that far off?  I don't want to give up hope and add you to the lost babies thread if there's any chance.

Reebekah, so sorry *hugs* I hope that there is still a chance that there is a baby in there! My doctor told me that it was common to be up to a week off on an early u/s and if you are a week off, that could make up for the difference right?
