I think I am going to do a modified raw foods diet for the first 2 weeks of 2011 as a way to detox my system from the holidays and jump start my diet plan for the new year.

 

I'm planning to eat raw vegetables, fruits, nuts, and possibly milk or yogurt.

 

I have a juicer and want to do mainly juicing for the 2 weeks, but need to prepare ahead of time with recipes so I don't give up a couple days in.

 

Do you have any favorite juicer recipes to share? I want to do mainly veggie blends, not fruit juices.
