 This is not a post about breastfeeding per se, its more about me. I'm nursing my almost 3 year old DD (next month love.gif ) and we are going through a hugely stressful time right now. Its been ongoing and its affecting my health. My hair is falling out, I'm not sleeping and I'm starting to have anxiety attacks. I've been supplementing with a B-50 complex but I feel I need to bite the bullet and take something more. I have http://www.naturalfactors.com/ca/en/products/695/stress-relax-serenity-formula-with-ashwagandha but most of the herbs are counter-indicated for nursing(or at least lack studies) 

 What do you think? I really need something.

 She is almost 3, and only nurses a couple times a day. If she was >1 years old, I wouldn't even think about it. 

 If you know of something that is more effective and safer that would be nice

(not yoga, exercise or rescue remedy...I honestly don't have time for the first, I get plenty of the second and RR doesn't work on me at all. Actually most homeopathics don't work on me. Hell, I'm not even sure this stuff will work for me greensad.gif )

 

*I will add my TSH level is 1.19, up from 2.97 it was last year. I take vitamin D, I tested earlier this year and it in almost optimal range. The anxiety attacks are very recent and my hair that fell out was very coarse and I'm left with unusually soft fine hair...its just leaving quickly! Also the anxiety is recent, mainly worry if we will be end up being evicted*Â
