This software made browsing and reading bad, but I have tried threee times to reply with quotes and feel defeated. I have been online since mid-90's and on MDC since 2001. I can't even reply to a post.

Step by step tutorial of this bizarre software please?

I have had this problem a lot.  And I think it has been reported, but not sure.  Here is a quick fix.

When you go to "quote" a post, hit the "Quote" button.  Usually this will take you to a blank reply box. 

THEN, hit the "Back" button, and hit "Quote" again.  Usually, this will make the correct quotes appear.
