I would put him down and walk away for a minute each time he does it. Then come back and offer to finish the feeding. Even if he doesn't realize he's doing it now, he will figure out what he's doing to make you walk away and he will stop. Another thing to try if you don't want to talk away is to pull him firmly into your breast each time he bites you (makes it so that he can't breathe briefly and he'll open his jaws to let go). Again, he'll figure it out. I did this with my dd1 and it worked well (she was biting me because of teething pain...right around 3 months old when she popped her first tooth through, and she figured it out pretty quickly.) Good luck!
