How to sleep with a crawling baby?

Hi. My DD is starting to scoot and will be crawling any day now. She is pulling up on the edge of our Arm's Reach co-sleeper, and is almost too long for it, so we will be putting it away soon. How do we co-sleep with a crawling baby? I'm scared to sleep for fear that she falls off the edge of the bed. Our bed is not on the floor (and won't be, preferably). Our room is also super tiny and no room for a side-carred crib. There is also no good way for our bed to be pushed up against a corner of the room either. What kind of side-guards can I use for safety? It's been fine so far because the co-sleeper is pushed against my side of the bed and so if she were to fall off the bed, she would fall into the co-sleeper but it's not enough anymore. We do plan on transitioning her to a crib in the next few months, but know that it will be a process and that she will end up in our bed often (and I love the snuggles). Any ideas?

We use these:

The plastic railings wouldn't work with our bedframe, and these seem nicer anyway (and much easier to deal with!).
