1000 Minutes December

Hi all!

 

I know there was a 1000 minutes November and wondering if anyone is interested in 1000 minutes December!  I haven't done this challenge before but am excited to try it.  Anyone else want to jump on board to support each other?  namaste.gif

I am going to have to get realistic about my goals!

I've been putting down 1500 minutes for a while and just can't get there.  So I'm in for 1000.  It's December and I usually chill in December anyway.....

 

12/1  -  45 minute run, squats and stairs

Yeah, maybe I should too. I've been putting 1000 and I'm lucky to get 800.

Hey there!  I've tried this challenge before, but just can't seem to keep up with tracking and posting. Maybe the third time is the charm?

 

So for my first day: 50 minutes swimming (1 mile!) and a few pull-ups

No gym yesterday...I have gotten a horrible sinus infection!  + a teething baby = very little sleep and not feeling well!

 

I felt a little better this morning.  Taught swim lessons and went to a baby shower.  After DS goes to bed I plan on doing 30 day shred and some dance games on Wii.  Will check in later.

12/4  -  75 minute run/walk/warm up and stretch girls on the run
