Serial posting to add my weekend minutes for c25k and lots of walking. I'm only counting a part of that because it wasn't very ... active walking, but I'll give myself 45 minutes for it.

Wow, I just realized that today is the 12th, so just a couple days shy of half-way through the month, so I should be at 500. I might need to step it up this week!

12/3  -  60 minute run 10 minute walk and stretch

12/4  -  75 minute run/walk/warm up and stretch girls on the run

12/5  -  still hopeful

12/6  -  70 minute run and cool down.   Ran for 65 friggin minutes on a treadmill!  UGH

12/7  -  30 minutes weights

12/8  -  45 minute run

12/9  -  nada

12/10 -  nada

12/11 -  nada

12/12 -  nada
