We went to a playgroup. My son had wet his diaper in the car seat (pretty normal for us), but I had him in a pocket. I normally use prefolds, and I had forgotten that he was in a pocket. I hadn't packed a cover. But we went anyway, stayed for an hour. I knew as long as I wore him the whole time, then I could keep him from peeing on their stuff. And he stayed dry. My older daughter got to see her friends. It was a total success. I had been feeling so bummed about ECing lately, since I have so many misses. But if I hadn't been ECing, we would have had to go home right away.
