Diet
GFCF
Soy & Corn minimum
no MSG/colors/sugar subs, stuff I can't pronounce
Egg yolk only 90% time Are you intolerant of eggwhite? see above

7.5mg methylfolate (Deplin) That's from a HCP? Cause 7,500 mcg of methyl folate (is that right?) is a whole lot. Some folks have had better results with half methyl folate and half folinic, even those who have MTHFR issues, but I don't know anything about when/how to use Deplin. I started on it b/c I was depressed and knew I was mthfr homo, and found the medication. Its really worked well.Â
Thornes Basic B
Metagenics EPA-DHA 720 Do you have clotting/bleeding issues? If you do, just keep in mind that EPA has blood-thinning properties and make sure you have that consistent and well-balanced with anything else you're taking. It doesn't affect most people, it makes me bruise easily and DS gets nosebleeds, and I tknow some of the MTHFR variants have I think clotting implications but I'm not sure if there are other variables involved there. No clotting issues at all. DS gets bloody noses when I give him too much
Blue Ice fermented CLO How's your vitamin D level? I don't think I touched my kids' vitamin D deficiencies with CLO, there was too much A given that they were more deficient in D (they were A deficient too, at least DS definitely was, but I think they were more D deficient) And ditto on the EPA/blood thinning from above.I am also going to take 2500IU of D a day, I don't know what my level is but DS is 34 and outside more than me
Chelated Zinc Have you considered a multi-mineral supp? Maybe not necessary, but something to consider. Thorne has a few multi-minerals, citramins, biomins, maybe some more, and at least one formulation is without copper and iron, if that's what you want/need. I have concentrace here at the house, would that do?
Natural Calm + Calcium (has C too) I'd just keep the magnesium in mind, seems like people tend to need more magnesium easier than more calcium--I saw low mag symptoms a few times during pregnancy, didn't recognize them of course, but pay attention to whether you need to go up or down with the amount. Cell salts can help with this--not needing as much, I mean. what should I look for besides leg cramps as low mag signs?
Digestive Enzymes
Extra Stomach Acid (Betaine HCL)
Liver Life I don't know a lot about the herbs in LiverLife, my HCP felt one or more of the herbs could tend to stir up toxins--is this for just getting healthy, or right before TTC, or during TTC/pregnancy? I had been on it for a while, then we were running low, so saved it all for DS. you can ramp up super duper slow, like 1 drop a day or more days, so it doesn't stir up anything you can't excrete. Its just for healthy liver function throughout the pregnancy. The stuff works WONDERS on DS
Probiotics/Cytoflora I've seen good things in my kids' digestion just with homemade kimchee, but some people certainly do well with and need probiotic supplements. Depends what you've already tried and what seems to work best for you. Totally forgot about my fermented carrots and mangos! I will start those up again!

Traditional Medicinals Pregnancy Tea Daily, with their Nettles tea as well
Possibly Nettles infustions
1 piece of Kelp daily for iodine
sips here and there of GT's Kombucha???? maybe? If you're in the pre-TTC/TTC phase, I'd skip it. Better IMO to not take anything that can mobilize toxins, better to focus on nutrients to deal with what's already there and what's stirred up just by living life. oh I will miss it!

Would love your input!!! TIA
