I think the milk-children is similar to the Catholic held belief regarding the marriage of Godparent/Godchild, which is also taboo.

I remember the article on Islam said something about every drop of breastmilk being counted to a woman as a good deed which I thought was kind of cool.

It's funny to read this!  The baby i give milk to, his family are catholic, and have asked me to be his godmother! :)
