I'm sorry that you are at this point. It sounds like you are so tired of being in pain and of your body not working the way you need it too. That must be so tiring and hard with a baby. I understand those days when you feel like giving up and surrendering to things never changing. I encourage you to honor yourself in those moments. Don't be hard on yourself.

I have a few ideas. Have you been to a chiropractor? I don't know where you are from but I know some great ones on the west coast. Have you tired massage/bodywork? If your bones are not in the right place (most women's shift a lot during birth) then your muscles have a harder time doing what they need to do. I was having some issues with my knee and ended up having exploratory surgery on it just to have my knee specialist tell me there was nothing wrong! After a year of working with a chiropractor and bodyworker, I have no knee issues. I wasn't aliened in my hips, which was causing the issues in my knee. I needed someone to look at my whole body to find the problem.Â
It sounds like exercising is not working for you. Has anything helped? Even a little? Have you tried giving your muscles a break? I have used visualization to help heal my body. I use it when I feel like I have done everything I possibly can. I sit in a quiet space (often in bed before I fall asleep) and visualize my muscles tighten and relaxing, if I feel like there is a spot, that I see in my minds eye, that is injured I visualize it healing, normally with some sort of light. This is all intuitly. I know it sounds crazy but it has helped me a lot. If you want to talk about this more let me know.
I have also have had really great luck with doterra essential oils-they are the purest oils I have found. Doterra tests each batch at 2 independent test centers which makes me trust the oils. I know many people who have had debilitating pain in their backs and pelvic area and use essential oils to help heal them.Â
Deepblue (which is a blend) helps with any inflammation in the muscle which may help your back relax so that you can have more movement.
I'm an essential oil educator so if you want to chat more about how exactly you feel, together we could come up with an oil that may help.Â
I was also thinking sauna and hot tubing.
I'm sorry if I have said to much. I hope that you find something that helps. Â
