10 Months after caesarean - and still, It hurts WTF?

Has anyone else experienced long term pain in their scar area?

My caesarean was for twins (double transverse STUCK twins).

I had them valentines day and I can not move heavy boxes without getting a 'pulling' feeling in the scar - it's so sore I can not lift things I would usually of been able to carry.

Anyone else had this?

It is only really really really heavy items.

When will I be ''normal''?

I hear this fairly frequently from women who have had C sections.  I have used homeopathy (usually it's bellis p. but other remedies can fit too) and referred them for mayan uterine massage or myofascial release.  Those together do a great job.  I'd also (as usual) recommend castor oil packs.  And if the scar is actually hurting many find relief with tamanu oil-but be aware that it's a nut oil in case there are allergies.
