HI

I am TTC while nursing my 2yr old and I need to take vit E 400 IU as a  blood thinner.(Instead of baby aspirin)

I can't seem to find specific info on what amount is safe-what passes through milk and how long after taking it....

Looked on Lacmed but nothing.

Anyone have the Hale book or can point me to some info?

Thanks much!!!

Here is a link to his forum where there are questions on vitamins.  He says that 400 iu's a day is not a problem for an infant so a 2 year old should be fine.

Good luck ttc!
