So a different judge was there and I (and the kids!)Â don't have to be there December 15th!!!! The hearing is continued until the end of February. We also have a motion to change the venue to here where I live in January so that might still happen. If my ex wants the kids at all for xmas then he has to ask me and my lawyer. I am so beyond happy, now I can relax and get ready for my finals and xmas!! Thank you all so much for your support. So I have nothing to deal with until January when, before a new judge, we request the case is moved here.Yay for Christmas/Hanukah/Solstice miracles!!
