Which product/ brand has highest concentration of pine tar? Using it for eczema. Make it myself?

I've been told to apply it directly to my eczema rash like a leave-on lotion, and it does help. It helps enough that I think more would be better.

Right now I'm using the Grandpa's brand, and I use both the bar soap and the shampoo. I think the shampoo might be stronger, but I can't tell from the labeling.

I picked Grandpa's over Everclear because "pine tar" was listed higher in the ingredients.

I'd switch to any brand or even use the veterinary products if I knew it was safe.
