Dr. Ron's multi-vitamin's folic acid

Does anyone know whether the "folic acid" is actually folic acid or folate?

I don't know, you'd have to email and ask.  My first guess would be that no, it's really folic acid because there's apparently a special, licensed process for making folate to put in supps and not many companies have gone to the trouble/expense to get it.

I'm also leery of some of his products, he throws alpha lipoic acid (ALA, not the omega-3 fatty acid, the anti-oxidant) into at least one of his multivit products and it's a strong mobilizer of heavy metals, and the dosage and way that product is used could really, really cause problems for people (nevermind nursing moms).
