Puberty not being friendly to my 12 year old at the moment.

This is occuring in cycles.  She will have normal to dry skin....then wham she has lots and lots of oils.  Dandruff develops pimples and black heads.  

 

She needs help for the dandruff scalp. 

 

Black heads and pimples.

Oh no, I remember how horrible that was. Look into zinc, biotin, and B5. These nutrients helped my skin a lot and they are in high demand during puberty.
