have they tested for protein in the urine? Some of the symptoms sound similar to pre-eclampsia.
I hope you feel better soon! Its so crummy to feel badly during your pregnancy!

I had pre-e with my last pregnancy, but late in the game. They've only found traces of protein, nothing to be worried about, and I haven't had oedema or high blood pressure. I thought those were the only diagnostic symptoms for pre-e?

The doctor did notice today that my BP dropped a bit when I stood up, but she said that was pretty much normal for pregnancy.
Got my test results back today. Everything's fine. Thyroid function, glucose, everything. My ferritin's dipped from 36 to 34, but apparently that's statistically insignificant.

So, I'm glad I don't have GD or thyroid problems, but this is basically the end of the road - the doctor couldn't think of anything else to test, so she's chalking it up just to pregnancy hormones. Which means a) there's nothing they can do about it and b) it could potentially continue for the next five months. So.... bleh. :(
I would try figuring out how many grams of protein you are getting each day.
Â
I also noticed a huge difference when taking B6/Bcomplex WITH my protein (usu. breakfast).
Â
Sorry there was no news. I also get 'normal' test results despite the fact that normal should feel like it does for me :( It's frustrating!

I'm reading the Mood Cure and can't wait to deliver this baby and be able to take supplements again. I have a feeling there may actually be some answers out there for me.
