Well, they don't have to be anti-vaccine. But I'd like to know if there are studies which demonstrate safety or efficacy concerns. Published ones preferably. Thank you.

Looking for published "anti-vaccine" studies
Check out the package inserts for each vaccination. That is a great place to start because they give you the trials results as far as safety goes. You can see, for example, the rates of extended crying after a certain vaccine, by checking out the package insert.
From there, some vaccines have a risk that is more studied than others...if that makes sense. So, for example, the combination MMR and Varicella vaccine, proquad, was found to increase febrile seizures in multiple studies, here is the most recent one http://pediatrics.aappublications.org/cgi/content/abstract/126/1/e1 .
So I would start with the package inserts and then kind of go vaccine by vaccine seeking out those studies that isolate a particular side effect.

BUMP!!
Really? ONE study? Thread after thread of people discussing vaccines, multiple references to "my kids aren't vaccinated and they're okay" and other antecdotal stories, and things like "most kids who caught x were vaccinated" (also not a logical argument) the best you can come up with is ONE study?
Come on.... I know 14 years ago there were peer-reviewed studies out there on this topic. I just came looking for some stuff that was more current.
Someone?

If you read any of Dr Tenpenny's material, she seems to site studies and statistics and she is completely against vaccines. One that I find particularly interesting is:
http://www.whale.to/a/tenpenny1.html - Scroll down a bit and you will see numbers - "A review of the Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR) from the CDC called "Tetanus Surveillance—United States, 1995-1997" (2) revealed unexpected information and facts. However, because this report is bogged down with complicated statistics that must be methodically disentangled, it is no wonder that few are aware of its contents."
I realize the above link isn't recent but just giving of an expample.
