All about me and baby girl S

and maybe a bit about my crazy boys.

There has been quite a bit of upheaval since little S has been born.

I am seeing lots of connections between dd and ds2 and am seeing that I am reactive to more things (having a reaction right now - I suspect it is carob).

So what is happening?

why the ppd? (to be honest, it has been tinged with psychosis - pls don't quote)

so my hormones are going wild - or is it just nutrient depletion?  I'm trying extra 5-htp

why the extra reactions?

I am all body itchy a lot, even when I don't think I am reacting.

feel total depletion in nutrients although I thought I have been careful

My ds2 reacts to over 20 things, but baby dd is reacting to quite a bit more - what has happened.

what I want to work on:

thyroid (numbers came back fine - will post later)

lyme test

strep test

ds2 just spit for the genetic test so that should give us more information.

oops got to go - baby woke up during transfer to bed with DH.

I need to gather info about thyroid issues causing allergies.  I need to give info to new doc, so I can get some cred.

clearly my blood loss caused some problems, but I absorb and hold onto iron very well, so I am not concerned long term about that.

My thyroid numbers look fine.  I lean toward hyper - maybe that is why I don't feel tired with my iron numbers as they are?

Do you think it is worth it to demand a antibody thyroid test.  That was the only thing that I was originally thinking about.

My vitamin D numbers never changed from a year ago.  Will work on more clo for me, plus extra D.  I found a possible K solution but need to keep checking to see if it bothers dd

energy medicine:

for my emotional issues I am on sepia 200c for as long as my pendulum tells me to.  I am on the 5 phosphates, plus extra cal phos.  I am on the following FEs: agrimony, elm, cherry plum, olive, star of Bethlehem.

I so wish I had some suggestions for you. Just wanted to give a hug2.gif

With the 2 seconds I have right now, what jumps at me is to focus on methylation for the short term.  Have you been following the choline stuff?  It interacts with folate a lot as a methyl donor, and the main sources are egg yolks, liver and wheat germ.  And then folate and b12, of course.

I just want to say that I wouldn't discount what low iron might be doing.  I know you said you aren't concerned but are you directly addressing that with a supplement?

ETA:  I see no reason why they wouldn't do the antibody test.  Just to rule it out.  Especially if its covered by insurance.  Kind of seems like a no-brainer.

Had the new doctor heard of the new lyme test?  Given the tick experience you had right at birth I would definitely want that tested sooner rather than later.
