Just like some of the other posts I would recommend you read "Your Vegetarian Pregnancy" by Dr Holly Roberts. I was a vegetarian over 18 yrs before getting pregnant.
Took a prenatal and extra B-12 as I normally do. When I looked at how much protein I consumed I was easily over the recommended amount.Â
DS was a 9.9 on the apgar score-not that it matters but my husband could not understand why he was not a perfect 10!!! Good luck!
