Clogged duct won't go away! Help!

So, I've had a clogged duct in my right breast for about 36 hours now.  I can feel the clogged duct and it's red and tender just to the right of the aereola. I'm doing everything that it tells me to do on kellymom but it's not going away!  I'm using warm compresses and massaging before nursing, I tried "dangle nursing", I compress while DS is feeding, I tried the comb massage while taking a hot shower and using cold compresses afterwards.  Now I have a big, extremely painful milk blister on the nipple of the same breast.  Is there ANYTHING else I could be doing?

Take lecithin and put cabbage leaves in the bra?  Uh...Have your DP suckle?  I admit to almost being desperate enough to try that one once when I could feel mastitis coming on... but I woke the baby and got her to nurse so much while I slept all day, and the next day I was better...  Hope you feel better soon!
