(Wasn't sure whether to put this here or in Birth and Beyond)

My only experiences with SROM (and AROM, I guess) have been gushing.
Today (38w), I feel like I might have some minor leaking of sorts, but it may just be basic secretions. No color at all (I've been using white diaper inserts), no foul smell, but I also wouldn't necessarily call it sweet... I don't think.
Â
I did try a basic ph strip, but there was no reaction. (Used tap water and apple juice as controls with slight reactions)Â I know that's not conclusive, but I had to try.
I also haven't had any good contractions since yesterday. Baby is moving a *tad* bit less, but not alarmingly so. He's rolling a bit right now.
Â
The thing is, my mw office is an hour away. And it's snowing. Not majorly, but enough to make a trip out there a decent sized hassle. And my ds has play practice in half an hour.

So, WWYD?

it was a little early at 37w) and watched the news or something. Pit contractions are a bummer.
), and she and I agreed that it's *probably* not amniotic fluid. I am going to keep an eye on things, and if I'm still concerned tomorrow, I'll go in for the fern test.
