I have paid for, planned a trip around, and trained for a marathon in January.  I just found out I'm close to a stress fracture in my foot (if I keep running it will become one or break completely).  I have been given clearance by the doctor to walk the marathon, but now I need some low impact workout ideas to keep me in shape until then.  I want a variety of ideas so that I don't get bored.  I plan on doing some biking, using an elliptical machine, a rowing machine, and, of course, walking.  What else can I do to keep up my current fitness level? 

 

FYI: Most of the videos I currently own are very high impact, so I can't do them and yoga absolutely bores me!Â
