I ride my bike every day for 30-80 minutes at a time (I do miss the occasional day) I cannot figure out why I am gaining unless it is because I am not getting enough to eat, is that even possible?I am or was down by 21pds so I was making amazing progress but now I am getting discouraged. I dont get to eat what I want and I am nearly constantly hunger. I have tried eating 3 meals with snacks but that made me eat to much so I went to eating a little bit every few hours but that also lead to me eating to much. I am at a loss.
I started out at 197 back in July. I am now at 179 according to the scale this morning
Was 176 last week.
