Looking for an Arabic Speaking Breastfeeding Help in St. Louis

I am looking for a LC or any other breastfeeding guru to help a friend who's first language is Arabic.   The baby was born on Monday and she is in the hospital until Friday b/c of c-section.  Mom needs extra help because of  inverted nipples and is having a hard time understanding the nurses because of the language barrier.   Anyone have a name and number I can pass along?

Have you tried contacting WIC? They'll often have bilingual LCs on staff. I'm not from St Louis but I thought I'd pop in with that...

Also hospitals should have translators on staff or on call. She might have to ask for it if they assume she speaks enough English though.
