I hope this is in the right forum...

So I've noticed for years that my right hip is higher than my left, but I thought maybe I was imagining it. Then about six months ago I saw a massage therapist who said, "Hey, did you know your right hip is a lot higher than your left?" She thought it looked postural.

While I was pregnant I had the most hobbling pelvic pain that would switch from being in my left buttock (not bad) to being in my front at about the left side of my pelvis joint (excruciating... I could barely walk). After I gave birth it got better, but I had weird backaches that would run down my left leg. It all got better after I began bodyweight squatting and hiking, so I don't have back pain anymore.

But my right hip is still higher. And my left side is generally weaker.

What can I do about it? Are there exercises I can do? Has anyone ever helped their hip imbalance with yoga or PT?Â

I got really really weak while I was pregnant because the hip pain limited my activity and mobility. When we ttc again, I don't want to go through that again if I can help it.
