Which vitamins, herbs, foods would you recommend to help the body fight or recover from various infections? I know that garlic is a good anti-viral, but I'm not sure how helpful it is in fighting infections that aren't caused by a virus.
I've thought of Vitamin's C and D, maybe zinc? Pro-biotics for maintaining/restoring balance. Maybe lavender or Tea Tree EO applied topically. Anything else?
