I have made raw milk cheese before, and the whey lasted for several months in the fridge. ![]()

You can always freeze it if you think it'll be a while before you use it. I'm not sure about the effect of freezing on the remaining proteins and such; if you were planning to make whey ricotta out of it then maybe you should just stick it in the fridge. If you were planning to cook rice/beans/etc with it then I think you'd be in the clear to freeze it.
