6 Mos along - Lower Back Pain & Fatigue

<sigh> My PG with DS was pretty pleasant, but this one (my 2nd) has been killing me!!

My lower back has been sore off & on for at least a month now. I'm pretty sure it's a common PG problem & I figured it was just due to me being lazy & not exercising enough to keep the muscles of my core (both abs & back) strong to support the added baby weight & to support my shape changing.

But I'm just so exhausted & feeling so horrible, I'm having the worst time making myself workout! I teach fitness classes, but only once a week, so I really need to motivate myself to use my home-gym & it hasn't been going so well. :(

Any other tips for low-back pain? Maybe I just need a virtual 'kick in the butt' to be more active, but now I AM IN PAIN! Waaa!

TIA

My first pregnancy was easier than my second to, but my third was horrible with lots of back and hip pain.  I was so scared of the pain when I became pregnant with my fourth, I had heard good things about getting massages and chiro adjustments.  I went in every month for the whole pregnancy and had a much, much easier time (it was me easiest and shortest labor as well).  I'm planning on starting up again with this pregnancy.

My first was easy, 2nd easy until 8-9months THIS ONE i'm 26w and i've been uncomfortable for about a month now...I can't really comment on the excersising cause i dont' do much but chase after kids and go for a walk most days (about 8 blocks)...

Take it easy and rest when you can is my only advisewinky.gif
