EC for figuring out food sensitivities

I've heard that some people have used EC to figure out a baby's food sensitivities. How do you do that? I'm suspecting my little guy might have issues with soy. We've been doing EC since he was 4 weeks old. Now at 13 weeks, we're suddenly having LOTS of pee misses + fussiness + poorer sleep than previously. The only thing in my diet that has changed has been the introduction of soy nog, a holiday favorite. I don't typically drink soy milk, and got really turned off by tofu during my pregnancy...haven't gotten over that yet. So I think I probably haven't had any soy products since before I started nursing (other than trace amounts in other foods). I'd like to know more about using EC to track down an issue, though.

Well, it's just what you're doing--recognizing that your LO is having more frequent urination and that it's coming in little spurts. Vs a diapering family that might not realize because they just encounter the same full diaper as always.

There is a yahoo group that deals with food sensitivities that many EC'ers use. I'm not a member, but many EC'ers talk about it and seem to get a lot of help from it.
