cosleeping with twins...

just wondering if you all did?   we are right now but it is insane.   we havent really figured out a comfortable way to do it.  each of us holds a baby for now.  we have a cosleeper attached to our bed, but the babies dont like it.    what kind of set up worked for you?  i personally think we need a bigger bed (we have a queen)...

i hope to gently work towards them sleeping in the crib once they are mobile.   (of course if they wont have it, they'll stay in bed with us)

I put a bedrail on my side of the bed. So the order was bedrail, baby, me, baby, DH.  Then I could just roll towards whoever needed feeding (this was a little after the tiny baby stage where I used the pillow all the time.  We have a king bed, so this worked well, and we didn't feel like we had to hold them for sleeping.  We coslept until about 1 year and then transitioned them to starting in the crib but usually by early a.m. they'd be back in bed with me when DH left for work.
