Anyone know about "the relief band" for morning sickness? Is it safe?

I'm struggling at work to concentrate because of continuous nausea.......anyone know of the electrical impulse relief band?  i got it for a sailing trip last year at about now im willing to try anything!!!  was just wondering if anyone had used it or knew about any contraindications?  TIA

I don't know about that specific one, but just in case you never tried the Sea Bands I have to put in a plug for those: they're cheap, they work well for a lot of people, and no side effects.
