Yeast issues: Should I avoid fermenting? And Blue Ice CLO?

I have yeast issues (see other yeast thread) and I'm trying to go more paleo/WAP. I've read a little of the importance of fermenting. I've found the blue ice fermented CLO so many recommend, but I'm afraid of it and fermenting veggies. My kids had pretty constant thrush with me when they were nursing. Once they are out of diapers I never notice yeast issues in them anymore, but I'll bet they are susceptible to it, too, so...

Do I ferment or no?

You don't get candida overgrowth from fermented foods, unless for instance you are making milk kefir and are intolerant to milk and not digesting it well. There are a few people who seem to become sensitized to yeasts from candida, however I think this is uncommon. Fermented foods are generally wonderful for helping crowd out candida in the gut.
