 My little guy just came down from bed saying he was itchy. He does indeed have a light raised rash all over but mostly his legs some shoulder and back. No sickness or naything and he has never had allergies (that I know of) It has been really cold and we are running a wood stove. Could it be just winter dry skin? ANy other ideas? it isn't really red just raised tiny dots. TIA
