Plastic bell circumcisions?

I didn't think they were still doing these, but I saw a new one a few days ago. Anyone remember what the problem was, or am I mis-remembering?
I just can't handle a google search on the topic at the moment.

The plastibell has the highest rate of infection of any of the circumcision devices. Also there are sometime problems where the dead skin and ring don't fall off and they have to be cut off. I think it also might take a few minutes longer... but they still do a lot of them. Also a lot of parents are really dissatisfied with the final cosmetic result of the plastibell- and the kids wind up getting circumcised again. They were never outlawed or even advised against.

On the other hand- the clamp devices that are most popular- they have a FDA warning published about them:

Thanks, Sarah. I guess I was just remembering the problems, but not what was done about them. They are not common in my area anymore, thank goodness, I guess.
