Hello staying healthy requires good diet, exercise, plenty of water and taking vitamins. Its always easier said than done. The best way to do this is to start training yourself. Taking a vitamin is easy so make sure you take them everyday. But with eating healthy and excercise and drinking water you have to slowly work it into your life. Start with breakfast get into a healthy breakfast routine. Once youve mastered that contiue to lunch and so on. Exersice doesnt always mean killing yourself. Start with putting more steps into your day. The more you start moving around and getting use to it the more you can keep adding. And atleast do some stretches in the morning for about 15 to 20 minutes. It wakes your body up and gets it ready for the day. Try to stay away from caffine alittle bit doesnt hurt but drinking alot of it does. and be sure to get plenty of rest at night. and by getting more active during the day will sure help you sleep better at night. But my biggest advice is to pray and  Thank God everyday for everything he does for us because going to bed with your mind at ease really helps us get the best sleep possible. God Bless You!!!!!!!!
