I have read about nursing adopted children... and about children who first test negative for HIV and later test positive. Thus my question: Should a woman not nurse if there is any chance the baby might be HIV+?

I just googled this and bumped into something from this very forum. Apparently, HIV can go from baby to nursing woman. I guess I need to find our more about HIV testing and such. I also wonder if a nipple shield would be of help...
