Who knows their baby is head down? - Page 2

My lo is head down, too! I'm pretty sure s/he's been that way for some time now. I could feel him/her move back and forth between transverse and head down about six wks or so ago and at my last appt 30wks, my mw confirmed head down. Definately glad to not have that owrry, even though it wasn't a huge worry for me!

Mine has now stayed head down since last week, when 32 weeks. Second child. I think my first was consistently head down much later, but can't really remember.

She's been head down forever. For a while I wasn't sure, but now I am, plus my midwives confirmed my guess... Her head has been down since 22 weeks (DS did the same), she is curled up in a ball, her back is always on my left side (I feel the hiccups there), her limbs all on my right side, that's the only place I get kicking and punching action. She rarely puts her feet up to my chest/stomach... That's nice though. DS had his feet in my stomach and it hurt a lot!!!

He's still head down. Maybe he actually decided to settle there!

Head down here.  I had a feeling this big lump pushing up at my ribs was a butt.  Doctor confirmed that baby is head down.  I know things can change but its a nice sign.

Yep, had an appointment on Thursday evening and the MW confirmed what i'd been hoping--he's definitely head-down!  I'm so relieved, and tickled to death at his little bottom pushing up against my ribs

I had an appt yesterday @ 33w 2d and midwife said he is head down! I thought so, based on the movements I was feeling & thought I could feel his back.  2 wks ago when I went in he was breech so I'm relieved!

Mine is still spinning in circles.  My next appt is on Tuesday so I'm hoping he will settle down by then so I can stop worrying.

Still transverse no change from 2 weeks ago.  Wasn't worried until went to spinning babies.

LO has been head down for awhile but even if it turns, I will still have a homebirth. I am a fast pusher and a MW that does breech births was one of my requirements when interviewing them.

Had a check up yesterday.  baby is still planted head down and Im pretty sure that is what bumps my bladder sometimes.  Such a weird feeling.  Also found out I didnt pass the 1 hour glucose test so I need to schedule the 3 hour one.  bummer!

Popcorn is still heads down! I'm guessing he'll stay that way now, since I'm 33 weeks, and that's excellent, so I don't have to worry. He has his back on the left too, so all is good there.

Both of the boys are head down as of today , hopefully they stay that way

for the most part i dont start counting my blessings till i have a head down baby at about 38 weeks.  I need to go onto spinningbabies.com.  there is so much helpful info about things we can do now to encourage our babies to go head down or if they are there to stay there!  i have had to lay upside down on an ironing board in the last week of pregnancy before and its a lot more relaxing if it doesnt have to come to that.  but i know i have not been squatting as much as i should and sitting in comfy chairs too often!  so far for the last couple weeks i feel babies head down LOW so yeah!

Gideon keeps switching between head down and transverse.  I think he does it on purpose because he always flips to head down for OB appts and then back to transverse on the way home.

Yeah, and anterior. So he's like, vertex left-anterior. Or summat. :D
Perfect position, and he's been that way for a while, and his head is very low. So I'm guessing he's staying.

I said so to my OBGYN before the U/S today, and she said I rocked at feeling how he was lying from the outside, I'm always right.
