i new to tf and was wondering what temp and where do you soak your grains and raw milk to make cream cheese and whey?

Room temperature is generally fine unless your home is extremely cold--cold slows down the natural building of bacteria in the milk so it will still happen, it just takes longer.

For grains and legumes, take a look at this procedure, it works well at room temp (it's just about rice but I've started doing it with beans and it seems to work the same way)....
