Vegan holiday dessert ideas?

I've done Eggnog cheesecake (not that exciting), Chocolate Overkill Cake (Chocolate cake, oreo crust, and Kahula mousse topped with ganache), pumpkin crisp (sliced pumpkin with sugar and spices and an oat crumb topping), and apple pie. I'm looking for new ideas for this year.

Last year I vegan-ized a sticky date cake. It was so good! I'll look in my recipe file and update later.

This is the one. I just subbed Ener-G for the egg, almond milk for the cow's milk and Earth Balance for the butter.

it was really easy, and my daughters and I had a lot of fun making it. I took it to a party and people kept coming up to me apologizing for taking multiple pieces because it was so good! I sprinkled powdered sugar on top which made it look really pretty, too.

This is a muffin technically but they are very sweet & dessertish, you could make it into a cake (in fact, I'm doing exactly that for a holiday party this week!) I love them, they are kind of like a moist gingerbread....

(They are GF but I'm sure you could use regular wheat flour if you wanted. We use 1c brown rice flour, 1/2c buckwheat, 1/2c corn flour.)

You can make a really good vegan ice cream using almond or rice milk!
