Warning-this post condones pretend play using Disney figure playsets...

DD1 is very into pretend play of all kinds...lately she has been really impressing us with play involving various Disney figure sets (the ones that come in sets of 7 or 8 & retail for $12 at the Disney Store-they range from 2-4 inches tall). Â She also integrates animal figures, my old Smurfs & Snoopy figures.
Â
My Mom wants to get her a castle which we know she will ADORE. Â We are trying to stay in the $80 range. Â I was reading 100 great reviews on Amazon for the M&D Deluxe Fold & Go (and AC Moore has 50% off all M&D toys this week) BUT then I did read a couple reviews that said the actual rooms of the castle weren't big enough to play inside with figures? Â Some reviewers said they used some Playmobile accessories inside the castle but others said they tried & they didn't fit. Â So I am confused over the real play value of it right now...
Â
There is also the Playmobil Take Along Castle or their big castle (over our price range but if people think it's the best choice I would pitch in for the difference). Â We do not have any Playmobil stuff yet so I don't know much about it. Â
Â
I suspect most other wooden ones will be way out of our range? Â
Â
Any feedback, especially with figures that are in that 3 or 4 inch category? Â
